Ensure 100% on-time maintenance with zero rework or technical errors.
Attend emergency breakdowns immediately, minimizing downtime and operational losses.
Plan and perform shutdown and panel maintenance efficiently with minimum shutdown duration.
Maintain high standards of work quality and accuracy, ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed error-free and on time.
Utilize materials and resources optimally and cost-effectively, ensuring accurate specifications and preferring repair over replacement.
Plan, organize, and execute maintenance and project activities effectively, ensuring timely completion with proper documentation.
Continuously update technical knowledge and skills, and participate in training or skill enhancement programs related to plant operations.
Adhere strictly to safety SOPs and PPE protocols, ensuring zero safety incidents in maintenance activities.
Promote teamwork, coordination, and effective communication across departments for smooth functioning.
Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and reports for management review.
Maintain positive relationships with colleagues, ensuring respectful conduct and a harmonious work environment.

Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: Diploma / ITI (Mechanical / Fitter).
Strong technical and mechanical knowledge.
Effective troubleshooting and analytical ability.
Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methods.
High awareness of safety standards and plant operations.
Willingness to sign a 2-year stability agreement to ensure continuity and long-term growth within the organization.
