Maintenance Engineer - Mechanical (Foundry)Key Responsibilities

Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance for all mechanical foundry equipment. Maintain and troubleshoot: Moulding lines (automatic/manual) Sand plant, mixers, conveyors Shot blasting machines Ladles, lifting systems, hydraulics & pneumatics Improve equipment reliability by

monitoring and reducing MTTR

and

increasing MTBF

. Conduct root cause analysis for repeated failures. Ensure all mechanical maintenance activities comply with safety standards. Manage mechanical spare parts and vendor coordination. Support installation and commissioning of new mechanical equipment. Lead and guide mechanical maintenance technicians.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in

Mechanical Engineering

.

5-8 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a Cast Iron / SG Iron foundry.

Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, conveyors, and mechanical drives. Hands-on experience with TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and RCA preferred.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
