Key Responsibilities: Maintenance manager/supervisor for furniture manufacturing company and office, experience:5 to 8 years

Supervision and Leadership skills should be there in candidate

Maintenance Planning:

Develop and implement maintenance plans, including preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance.

Budget Management:

Manage the department's budget, including equipment replacement, supplies, and labor costs.

Equipment Management:

Ensure the reliable operation of all equipment, facilities, and systems.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental standards.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, reports, and performance data.

Problem Solving:

Identify and resolve maintenance issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions.

Coordination:

Collaborate with other departments, such as production, engineering, and purchasing, to ensure efficient operations.

Process Improvement:

Identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Inventory Management:

Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies to ensure availability for maintenance needs.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay informed about new technologies and best practices in maintenance management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
