Key Responsibilities:
Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and facility management
Manage vendors, technicians, and maintenance staff
Ensure timely upkeep of electrical, plumbing, and civil work
Conduct routine inspections and maintain maintenance records
Handle resident/tenant complaints related to maintenance
