Role Overview

We are looking for a

proactive and technically skilled Maintenance Manager

to oversee the upkeep, repair, and development of the iLEAD campus and facilities.
The incumbent will function as an

Estate Manager

, ensuring smooth management of property maintenance, electrical systems, fire & safety compliance, security supervision, and interior development.

This role calls for a hands-on professional who can coordinate with multiple vendors, manage on-ground teams, and ensure all infrastructure and utilities operate seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of

building and facility maintenance

across the campus. Supervise

civil, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC

operations to ensure smooth functionality. Plan and execute

preventive and corrective maintenance

schedules. Handle

construction, renovation, and interior fit-out

projects, coordinating with contractors and vendors. Ensure adherence to

fire safety norms, electrical safety, and statutory building compliance

. Monitor

security arrangements

and coordinate with facility and security staff for campus safety. Manage AMC contracts, utilities, and service-level agreements with vendors. Maintain maintenance logs, asset registers, and budget utilization reports. Identify areas for cost optimization and operational efficiency. Support the administration during events, audits, and inspections.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma in Civil Engineering (Graduate in Engineering / Facilities Management preferred).

7-12 years of experience

in maintenance, facility, or estate management roles -- preferably in

educational institutions, corporates, or large commercial establishments

. Strong technical understanding of

electrical, plumbing, fire & safety systems

, and building services. Experience managing

fit-out, interior, and minor construction projects

. Excellent team management, vendor coordination, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
