Maintenance Manager - Small Commercial Tower

:

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the daily maintenance and smooth operation of a small commercial tower. This role ensures HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and common areas are properly maintained, coordinates contractors for specialized work, responds to tenant maintenance requests, conducts routine inspections, and ensures basic safety and building systems operate efficiently. collection of monthly maintenance cheque from the premises owners.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform and supervise daily building maintenance and minor repairs Coordinate and monitor external contractors and service providers Respond to tenant complaints and service requests promptly Conduct regular inspections of building systems and common areas Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning of facilities

Requirements:

Diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or Facilities Management.

minimum 5 yrs experience in building or facilities maintenance.

Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems Good communication and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills for reports and records.

Ability to handle emergency maintenance issues when required

Must have two wheelers and preferred candidate from Chennai only
