Designation: Maintenance Manager (Electrical & Mechanical)

Qualification: DEEE/ BE.EEE ('C' Licence holder)

Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

:

-Maintenance Operations: Oversee daily maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and routine inspections.

- Equipment Management: Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of all plant equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems, HT and LT equipment, air compressors, boilers, air conditioners, RO, ETP, STP, chillers, and coolers.

- New Installations: Handle new installation and commissioning work for plant machinery and equipment, ensuring that all installations meet safety and quality standards.

- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

- Budgeting and Planning: Develop and manage maintenance budgets, plans, and schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
