Position: Maintenance Manager

Location: Silvassa

Requisites:

Minimum

10 years

of progressive experience in maintenance function pharmaceutical, biotech, or similar regulated manufacturing environments

Qualification-

B.E Electrical or Electronics

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for all production equipment and utilities.

Supervise, mentor, and develop maintenance staff including technicians, supervisors, and contractors.

Ensure effective breakdown response and root-cause analysis of equipment failures.

Proven leadership experience with strong knowledge of maintenance methodologies and technologies
