A Laundry Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all laundry equipment and machinery. Their duties include preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the laundry facility. They ensure optimal equipment performance, minimize downtime, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Preventative Maintenance:

Performing routine inspections, servicing, and maintenance on laundry equipment (washers, dryers, ironers, etc.) according to schedules and manufacturer guidelines.

Troubleshooting and Repair:

Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues with laundry equipment.

Equipment Installation:

Assisting with the installation of new laundry equipment and ensuring proper functionality.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repairs, including work orders, parts used, and equipment performance.

Safety Compliance:

Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and procedures.

Inventory Management:

Maintaining an inventory of spare parts and supplies for laundry equipment.

Training:

Training laundry staff on proper equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures.

Emergency Response:

Responding to equipment breakdowns and emergency situations promptly and efficiently.

Coordination:
