We're Hiring Maintenance Manager at Hosur, Tamil Nadu

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field

Experience: 8+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in plastic packaging manufacturing. Strong knowledge of injection moulding, extrusion, ISBM and related machinery.

Salary- 10-12 lacs

Required Skills & Experience:In-depth knowledge of EBM machinery (preferably Kautex, Bekum, Uniloy). Expertise in processing HDPE and PP polymers. Familiar with GMP, FSSAI/BRC standards in food packaging environments.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to oversee and ensure the smooth functioning of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting machinery, managing the maintenance team, and ensuring minimal downtime in production.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Manage maintenance staff and ensure safety compliance .
