We are looking for an experienced

Maintenance Manager with a strong background in the printing industry

to oversee the maintenance of printing machinery, equipment, and plant infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with printing presses and related machinery, along with excellent team management and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead maintenance operations for printing machinery (offset, flexo, digital, etc.) Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules are followed strictly Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems in printing equipment Minimize downtime and ensure all machines operate at maximum efficiency Maintain records of repairs, servicing, and machine history Manage a team of maintenance technicians and allocate daily tasks Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards Handle spare parts inventory and vendor coordination for technical support

Requirements:

Proven experience as Maintenance Manager or Senior Technician in the

printing industry

In-depth knowledge of printing machinery (e.g., Heidelberg, Komori, Bobst, Rotogravure, Flexo, etc.) Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant technical qualification Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and manage maintenance priorities
