JewelsHire, a distinguished leader in the realm of jewelry industry recruitment, extends its invitation for a position at a renowned jewelry manufacturer located in Seepz, Andheri east, Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of jewellery manufacturing machines (casting, polishing, CNC, laser, plating, furnaces)

• Ensure minimum downtime and uninterrupted production

• Lead and manage maintenance technicians and external vendors

• Handle AMC contracts, spare parts inventory, and budgeting

• Ensure compliance with safety, HSE, and quality standards

• Maintain documentation, maintenance logs, and reports

• Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations

• Oversee utilities such as HVAC, compressors, and electrical systems

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering

• 8-12 years of maintenance experience, preferably in jewellery or precision manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of jewellery production equipment

• Experience with chemicals, plating processes, and safety protocols

• Good leadership, troubleshooting, and planning skills

• Familiarity with CMMS or maintenance reporting systems preferred
