Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated

Maintenance Manager

to oversee maintenance operations at our

Supa manufacturing plant

. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth plant operations, minimize downtime, and lead a skilled team with efficiency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute

preventive and corrective maintenance

for all machinery, utilities, and plant equipment. Ensure

maximum uptime

and smooth functioning of production machinery. Lead, train, and motivate a team of maintenance technicians. Maintain logs, maintenance schedules, and spare parts inventory. Collaborate with production teams to plan maintenance activities without interrupting operations. Ensure compliance with

safety and quality standards

. Coordinate with external vendors for servicing and spare procurement. Identify areas for improvement and implement

cost-saving maintenance initiatives

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Degree in

Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

in plant or industrial maintenance (preferably in fabrication or manufacturing units). Strong knowledge of

cranes, compressors, electrical systems, fabrication and PEB machinery

. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage teams, plan preventive maintenance, and handle breakdowns efficiently.

Pay: ?25,964.97 - ?65,987.77 per month
