Maintaining of Vehicle file & Vehicle Database Vehicle document uploading in sensel (third party software) Pre loading gate rejection / Truck gate rejection report Vehicle rejection issue tracker Rota A Issue Tracker & carried out small/on site maintenance if required Rota B Tracker Breakdown details & Break down root cause analysis Follow ups at Workshop for timely maintenance of Vehicles. Overall Vehicle maintenance & Schedule Maintenance Follow ups at Workshop for timely maintenance of Vehicles. Workshop Vendor Bills Follow Up Vendor Bills Uploading in ERP Minimize Vehicle down time Reporting and dealing with vehicle faults Truck Critical Equipment\'s Follow Up Follow ups for Pre calibration/re induction to SIMPL operation after yearly calibration.
