Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, HMC, and conventional machines.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
Schedule and perform periodic maintenance as per OEM guidelines.
Ensure minimum downtime and quick restoration of machines during breakdowns.
Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and spare parts inventory.
Coordinate with production teams to plan machine availability for servicing.
Suggest improvements for machine reliability and efficiency.
Liaise with external service providers when required.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or relevant field).
3-7 years of experience in machine maintenance (preferably in CNC/VMC/HMC environment).
Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine control systems.
Ability to read and understand technical manuals and drawings.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting CNC controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.) is an advantage.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
