Maintenance Head -- CNC Machines (Stone Craft Division)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Head to oversee the operation and upkeep of our advanced CNC machines at Trivedi Tectonics. This role is critical in ensuring maximum uptime, precision output, and preventive maintenance of machinery used in stone design and fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the maintenance team and oversee daily CNC operations. Schedule preventive maintenance and minimize breakdown time. Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues in CNC systems (5-axis, waterjet, and polishing lines). Coordinate with vendors for spare parts and technical upgrades. Maintain maintenance logs and performance reports.
Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering. Minimum 5 years' experience handling CNC or stone processing machines. Strong knowledge of servo systems, PLCs, and tool calibration. Leadership and problem-solving skills

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
