Key Responsibilities:-

Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and resolve issues. Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities. Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed safely, effectively, and in a timely manner. Maintain records of daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities. Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance for all equipment and machinery. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized services. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and breakdowns. Maintain an inventory of supplies and tools. Prepare maintenance reports and suggest improvements where necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant field. 2+ years of experience in a maintenance or facility management role. Sound knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills.


o BSc/BA in Business, Psychology or a related field
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
