Attend machine breakdowns to ensure continuous production line operation. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in
Siemens / Omron / Mitsubishi / Delta PLCs
, VFDs, and automation systems. HandleIATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / Customer Audits
and maintain documentation as per standards. Plan and executepreventive & predictive maintenance
schedules (Mandatory). Managecritical spare parts
, ensuring min/max stock levels (Mandatory). Performmachine installation and commissioning
activities (Mandatory). Lead and supportunionized maintenance teams
, including training and skill development. Knowledge ofblower and vertical pump repair
(Mandatory). Troubleshootelectronic components and card-based systems
. Ability to remain calm and effective inhigh-stress or critical situations
. Manage all aspects ofElectrical, Mechanical, and Instrumentation maintenance
. Strong understanding ofelectrical safety norms
