Job Describtion:
Preparing Daily Reports.
Ensuring A-Checks of major installations.
Maintaining stocks & inventory.
Ensuring Stock of water, Fuel, Oxygen and required necessary materials and items for day to day activities.
Executing preventive maintenance as per the schedule.
Coordinating and updating day to day activities to HOD
Taking rounds every day in details
Preparing Duty schedules.
Executing planned services.
Planning and coordinating for day to day requirements & activities with concerned authority.
Analysing and eliminating major repeated problems.
Regular reports to HOD.
