Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and skilled Maintenance & Inventory Supervisor to oversee all maintenance activities and manage restaurant inventory.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and carry out maintenance of A/C, CCTV, electrical, plumbing, and other restaurant equipment. Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and service records. Manage inventory of materials, tools, and supplies. Track daily stock usage and coordinate with vendors for repairs and purchases. Ensure smooth operation of all facilities and utilities in the restaurant. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in maintenance and storage areas.

Requirements:

Prior experience in maintenance or inventory management (hospitality/restaurant preferred). Basic technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and equipment systems. Good organizational and record-keeping skills. Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
