Job Description

To create and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency, reduce equipment downtime, and improve overall productivity while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Departmental Operation



Monitor the regular maintenance works.

Break down analysis & findings for root cause of break down, to take the corrective action to avoid the repeated break downs.

To prepare the maintenance schedule.

Improvement in quality, cost control & productivity.

To reduce the break down time of machines.

To check equipment performance, identify the out dated enticements, validation of the equipment.

To control cost in inventory & maintenance activity.

Process equipment for modification to reduce the production cost and up gradation of equipment as per the changing operation needs.

To maintain the proper stock of spares to avoid the delay in break down & avoid critical situation.

Work force Management



Arrange the training programme to the subordinates for maintenance activity.

To cultivate the safety awareness in team by training program, use of PPE's (Personal protective equipment's), unsafe conditions to be avoided to zero level.

To achieve the KRA targets in coordination of team.

Other Activities



Calibration of weighing, measuring equipment's weekly once.

Periodical energy audits for electrical, Boiler, compressor.

Weigh bridge accuracy to be checked weekly once.

Fire & safety precautions while maintenance activity at premix areas.

To ensure the make available the break down machine in time to production team to achieve the targeted production with quality.

To maintain clean the oil storage tanks periodically.

To coordinate the project works efficiently to get completed in time.

To find the areas for automation to reduce the man handling.

3. Qualification & Experience



Educational Qualifications:

(Additional Certification Required if any)



Bachelor's or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical or related field).

Relevant Experience:



10+ years in maintenance management roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.

Age



25 to 30
