Job Description

Experience: 3-6 Years

Qualification: Diploma / ITI / BE (Mechanical / Electrical)

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and utilities

Ensure minimum downtime and smooth production operations

Supervise and guide maintenance technicians and helpers

Maintain records of maintenance activities, logbooks, and checklists

Coordinate with production, quality, and safety departments

Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and safety standards

Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance tools

Identify improvement areas to enhance equipment efficiency

Handle AMC, vendor coordination, and external service providers

Ensure proper functioning of utilities such as power, compressors, HVAC, water systems, etc.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance

Experience in manufacturing or pharma industry preferred

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, maintenance records)

Ability to lead a team and work independently

Preferred Candidate:

Hands-on experience in plant maintenance

Familiar with safety procedures and statutory compliance

Ready to handle emergency breakdowns

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
