Key Skills & Responsibilities:

Overseeing and ensuring smooth operations for all maintenance processes across departments. Scheduling, planning, and executing preventive maintenance of machines and equipment. Lead a team of technicians and engineers, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational efficiency. Coordination with production teams to minimize downtime and improve machine performance. Maintaining spare parts inventory and ensuring timely availability of materials for repairs. Extensive experience in the maintenance of

printing, packaging, and textile machinery

. Knowledge of

machine troubleshooting

and repair techniques for complex mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to

lead a team

, implement efficient maintenance practices, and reduce operational delays. Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Desired Profile:

Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the

printing & packaging

or

textile

industry. In-depth technical knowledge with a hands-on approach to machine maintenance. Leadership skills to manage a skilled technical team effectively.
