Position: Maintenance Incharge (Construction Equipments)

Experience: 5-8 Years

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance In-Charge to handle maintenance of all construction equipment, tippers, plants, and machineries at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation, minimum breakdowns, and maximum utilization of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance of all construction equipment, tippers, plants, and machineries

Preventive and breakdown maintenance as per schedule

Coordination with operators, site engineers, and mechanics

Daily reporting of:

Machinery output

Idle machinery with reasons

Breakdowns and downtime

Maintain service and maintenance records

Planning and control of spare parts

Ensure safety during maintenance activities

Requirements:

5-8 years of relevant experience in construction equipment maintenance

Good knowledge of plants and heavy machineries

Ability to prepare daily reports (basic Excel knowledge preferred)

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Experienced ITI (Mechanical)

Skills:

Strong technical and troubleshooting skills

Team handling and coordination

Cost-conscious and result-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
