: MAINTENANCE INCHARGE

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, supervise, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment, HVAC
systems, water systems, and utility machinery.

Ensure minimal downtime and smooth functioning of production lines. Maintain and update maintenance records as per GMP and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams for maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Handle calibration of instruments and validation of critical equipment. Supervise maintenance staff and allocate tasks effectively. Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with vendors for repair and procurement. Prepare maintenance reports, breakdown analyses, and improvement plans. Support audits (regulatory, GMP, ISO) by ensuring equipment readiness and documentation.
Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical machinery, utilities, and HVAC systems. Familiarity with GMP, FDA, and regulatory compliance. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Leadership and team management ability. Good communication and documentation skills.
Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering. 5-8 years of experience in maintenance within a pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry. Hands-on experience with HVAC, purified water systems, boilers, air compressors, and packaging
machinery preferred.

Pay: ₹11,225.82 - ₹49,309.49 per month
