We're Hiring - Maintenance In-Charge | GB Solar | Vadodara (Waghodiya GIDC)

Join us at GB Solar, a leading solar panel manufacturer in Western India, as we grow our in-house maintenance team!

Role:

Maintenance In-Charge

Timing:

9 AM - 6 PM | 6 Days a Week

Work Type:

In-House (Factory-based)

Key Responsibilities:

? Oversee maintenance of production line machinery

? Handle

vacuum pumps, air compressors, cooling towers & HVAC Systems

? Plan & execute

preventive and breakdown maintenance

? Oversee & coordinate

minor civil repair works

(flooring, drainage, etc.)

? Manage

in-house fabrication

jobs and external

vendor coordination

? Lead maintenance team and

ensure safety compliance

You should have:

? Diploma/BE in

Mechanical

or Electrical

? 4-6 years of experience in a manufacturing or solar industry setup

? Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on utility & maintenance experience
