? Responsible for Maintenance Staff Shift Planning

? Responsible for closing of all Reactive maintenance issue/notification.

? Responsible to decide the priority of breakdown maintenance by coordination with Sr. Production manager.

? Responsible to allocate the work to Fitter, Helper and Electrician for Breakdown or Reactive maintenance work.

? Responsible and Accountable for follow the IMS Procedure like LOTO, Work to Permit etc.

? Responsible to maintained the breakdown data for each plant.

? Responsible to do RCA for reoccurring breakdown issue.

? Responsible to arrange the spare/parts, maintain the minimum stock of critical spare.

? Responsible to identify the vendor, collect the quotation and prepare the comparison sheet for spare requirement and

order for the same.

? Responsible to Maintain the history card of each equipment.

? Responsible for prepare the preventive maintenance schedule and accountable to follow for the same.

? Responsible to arrange and set up the equipment w.r.t to new plant requirement at of the site.

? Responsible for weighing scale calibration with authenticate calibration/Vendor.

? Responsible for Inspection/Performance Test and Accountable for monitoring the certificate due of all lifting equipment,

compressor and other equipment and instrument for Legal Requirements.

? Responsible for Collect the Energy data, Water Consumption Data, Diesel Stock.
