Maintenance Technician
to handle day-to-day repair and upkeep tasks across the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular maintenance checks across hotel rooms and common areas
Repair
plumbing issues
(leakages, taps, bathrooms, etc.)
Handle
electrical repairs
(switches, lights, wiring, geysers, etc.)
Assist in AC, water pump, and minor carpentry work when needed
Maintain records of maintenance work done
Ensure safety standards are followed in all repair activities
Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping teams for urgent maintenance issues
Requirements:
Education:
ITI Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Plumbing
Experience:
1-2 years of hands-on work in hotels, hospitals, or building maintenance
Must have good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work independently and handle multiple repair tasks
