Responsibilities

Develop and implement maintenance strategies and programs. Handle the Minor to major all maintenance work. Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and regulatory standards. Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and monitor execution. Coordinate emergency and corrective maintenance actions. Monitor maintenance budgets and optimize operational costs. Collaborate with other departments for equipment upgrades and new installations. Analyse maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Knowledge of Numatics, Hydraulic, Electrical Drive, Electric Panel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering Mechanical/ Electrical Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management or a similar role. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,288.88 per month
