ITI (Fitter / Welder) or equivalent experience
Role Overview
We are looking for a
Fitter / Welder
to carry out mechanical maintenance, fabrication, and welding works in a Feed / Aqua Feed Plant. The role involves ensuring smooth operation of plant machinery and supporting breakdown and preventive maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform
mechanical maintenance
of feed plant equipment
Carry out
welding and fabrication works
(ARC / Gas / MIG as required)
Attend
breakdowns
of machines like
Hammer Mill, Mixer, Pellet Mill, Extruder, Dryer, Cooler, Conveyors
Replace and align
shafts, bearings, chains, sprockets, belts
Assist in
installation, erection, and modification
of machinery
Perform
preventive maintenance
as per schedule
Maintain
tools, spares, and work area housekeeping
Follow
safety practices, SOPs, and 5S standards
Coordinate with
Shift Incharge and Maintenance team
Skills & Requirements
Good knowledge of
industrial fitting and welding work
Ability to read
basic mechanical drawings
Experience in
manufacturing / feed mill / aqua plant
preferred
Physically fit and able to work in
rotational shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
