Job Summary:

Responsible for daily mechanical maintenance of

ACR furnace,

No-Bake Moulding Line,

Key Responsibilities:

Sand conveying system Cooling system checks Furnace lining inspection Hydraulic system maintenance Mixer assembly maintenance Sand conveying system Knockout area mechanical adjustments Belt conveyors, gearboxes & bearings Assist in breakdown maintenance to reduce downtime. Conduct daily inspection rounds and report abnormalities to the supervisor. Replace worn-out parts, mechanical seals, couplings, belts, rollers etc. Maintain proper tools & ensure workplace safety.

Qualification & Experience:

Qualification:

ITI /Dip in Mechanical

Experience:

2-5 years (Foundry preferred)

Skills Required:

Mechanical troubleshooting Knowledge of furnace operations Basic knowledge of hydraulic & pneumatic systems Ability to read mechanical drawings Hands-on experience in conveyors, mixers & gearboxes

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
