Position:Maintenance Fitter
Location:Vapi
Experience:0 - 2 Years (Fresher)
Industries:Engineering
Responsibilities:

• To manage day to day maintenance of the plant.
• Fault finding of all mechanically performed Equipment's.
• Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of all utility & process equipment's to be carried out & recoded as per check list.
• Co-ordination with other departments
• Recording of all data in plant log book.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of measuring instrument like Verner Caliper, Micrometer and height gauge, filler Gauge, Dial Gauge etc.
• Knowledge of Maintenance Alignment of precision equipment's.
• Knowledge of maintenance of Process plant Equipment's like Reactors, Heat Exchanges, Pumps, Gear Box, Vacuum pumps, Dryers, Centrifuges, Pelletizers, Mechanical Seal etc.
• Knowledge of maintenance of Utilities like Boiler, Cooling Tower, Air Compressor, Chillers, Nitrogen Plant, Root Blowers etc.

Required Qualification: - ITI - Fitter
Salary :- Upto 1.80 LPA
