Urgent hiring of Maintenance Fitter in CMU plant of ITC at Mokhampura, Jaipur-303604 (40 km from Jaipur city on Jaipur-Ajmer Road)

Sr. Fitter (Two Nos.) - Experience: Minimum 03 Years - Salary: 20-25K

Packaging Operator (Five Nos.) - Experience: 0-1 Years - Salary: 15-20K

Roles and Responsibilities:

Machine Setup and Operation: Prepare and perform the machine maintenance for operation. For maintenance follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Monitoring and Adjustment: Maintenance the machine for accuracy and efficiency. Perform preventive maintenance of machine settings such as bearing, bushing, oil seal etc. Detect and resolve mechanical issues.

Maintenance and Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines. Lubricate parts and replace worn components as per the maintenance schedule.

Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE. Comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP guidelines. Ensure area cleanliness and avoid contamination.

Documentation: Maintain daily production and machine logbooks. Record downtime, batch codes, and material usage. Report any discrepancies in materials or machine performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
