Key Responsibilities:

Routine Maintenance:

Regularly inspects, lubricates, and adjusts machinery to ensure proper functioning and prevent breakdowns.

Troubleshooting and Repair:

Diagnoses mechanical problems, identifies the root cause, and implements repairs or replacements.

Emergency Repairs:

Responds promptly to urgent breakdowns to minimize production losses.

Component Assembly and Fabrication:

Assembles and fabricates mechanical components and systems according to technical drawings and specifications.

Inventory Management:

Maintains and manages inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment.

Safety Compliance:

Adheres to safety protocols, procedures, and regulations at all times.

Documentation:

Keeps records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
