Job Description

Repairs & Installation

: Fix broken items, install new equipment, furniture, and appliances, handle general carpentry, painting, and plumbing tasks.

Preventive Maintenance

: Conduct routine checks on building systems (HVAC, fire safety) and machinery to prevent breakdowns.

Safety & Security

: Check safety systems (smoke detectors, extinguishers) and building security (locks, doors).

Documentation

: Maintain logs, write reports, and track work orders.

Inventory

: Manage supplies, tools, and order replacements.

Ground seeping

: Perform landscaping, cleaning, and general upkeep of the property Minimum one year Experience and welding .
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
