Install, assemble, and fit mechanical equipment, pipelines, and rotating machinery.
Perform routine maintenance and repair of pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, steam lines, and hydraulic systems.
Dismantle faulty equipment and replace or repair defective parts.
Carry out scheduled maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
Inspect bearings, seals, belts, and couplings for wear and tear
Understanding of pumps, gearboxes, valves, hydraulic & pneumatic systems.
Knowledge of welding, fabrication, and mechanical fitting.
Familiarity with bearings, seals, lubrication, and alignment techniques.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical failures and perform quick repairs.
Ensuring proper installation and alignment of equipment
