Job Description

Position: Facility & Maintenance Manager

Location: BANGALORE ONLY.

Qualification: B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering

Experience: Minimum 15-20 years in facility and maintenance management (preferably in large commercial/institutional properties)

Key Technical Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have strong technical and managerial experience in the following areas:

oElectrical Systems:

Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical panels, distribution systems, and building electrical infrastructure.

o

CCTV & Surveillance:

Installation, upkeep, and monitoring of CCTV and surveillance systems.

o

MEP Services:

Sound understanding and hands-on experience in managing Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) systems including:

o HVAC Systems: Operation and maintenance of centralized and split air-conditioning units.

o DG Sets: Monitoring, servicing, and load management of diesel generator sets.

o Fire Alarm & Safety Systems

o STP (Sewage Treatment Plant)

oPreventive & Breakdown Maintenance:

Strong capability in planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules and resolving breakdowns effectively.

oVendor & Staff Management:

Coordination with service providers, AMC vendors, and supervision of in-house technical staff.

oDocumentation & Compliance:

Ensuring statutory compliance (electrical safety audits, fire NOC, etc.) and maintaining proper maintenance records/logbooks.
