CMGA is a leading beverage company in Senegal with a strong presence in the bottled water industry through our trusted brand Seo. We are expanding and looking for some experienced and skilled maintenance expert to ensure optimal performance of our modern filling and packaging plant.

We are seeking highly experienced Maintenance Experts specialized in maintaining and troubleshooting equipment in a beverage filling and packaging plant. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in injection molding, blow molding, palletizers, and other equipment commonly used in water bottling plants.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection and blow molding machines, filling lines, conveyors, palletizers, shrink wrappers, and associated systems. Minimize machine downtime and improve production efficiency through root cause analysis and proactive maintenance. Support installation, calibration, and commissioning of new equipment. Maintain accurate maintenance records and spare part inventories. Collaborate closely with production and quality teams to meet output and quality standards. Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols in line with industry best practices.

Preferred Equipment Experience:

Tech-Long brand machinery (preferred, but not mandatory). Experience with high-speed automated bottling and packaging lines.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a beverage or bottled water or any liquid manufacturing plant. Proven expertise in injection molding and blow molding machinery. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics. Available to

relocate or join within 45 to 60 days

. Functional knowledge of English is required. Basic French would add up advantages.
