ITI / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
Experience:
3-4 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor/Executive
Age:
27-30 years
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Maintenance Department.
Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, machinery, and infrastructure.
Supervise a team of technicians and allocate daily work assignments.
Ensure smooth operation of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other technical systems.
Monitor and maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and equipment.
Prepare and manage maintenance reports, budgets, and documentation.
Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Front Office, etc.) for maintenance support.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Handle vendor management for outsourced maintenance services.
Implement energy-saving and cost-control measures.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong technical knowledge in maintenance operations (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC).
Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
Good understanding of inventory management and budgeting.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
