Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the repair, upkeep, and preventive maintenance of our machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a deep understanding of industrial machines. Experience in jewelry manufacturing processes will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage all maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime of machines and equipment. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic machinery. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all production equipment. Maintain detailed maintenance logs, records, and equipment history. Coordinate with production teams to ensure maintenance work does not affect delivery timelines. Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and reduce maintenance costs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards during maintenance operations. Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate timely procurement. Supervise and train maintenance staff for skill development and safety awareness. Liaise with external vendors or service providers when specialized repairs are required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field. Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience. Strong knowledge of machinery repair and preventive maintenance. Jewelry manufacturing machinery experience will be an added advantage. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Strong leadership and team management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
