Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on

Maintenance Executive

to oversee the upkeep, safety, and smooth functioning of our cafe outlets. The role involves managing preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and civil components to ensure optimal performance of all store equipment and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment (coffee machines, refrigerators, HVAC, etc.). Respond promptly to maintenance requests from store managers and resolve issues efficiently. Maintain service logs and upkeep records for all store assets. Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and contractors for specialized repairs or installations. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards across all maintenance activities. Monitor energy usage and implement cost-saving initiatives where feasible. Maintain inventory of spare parts and consumables for essential equipment. Support store openings by overseeing fit-outs and infrastructure readiness. Assist in standardizing equipment and infrastructure specifications across new and existing stores. Ensure minimal downtime by proactively identifying potential issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in QSR, hospitality, or retail sectors. Familiarity with F&B equipment and electrical systems. Strong troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience in repairs. Willingness to handle multiple outlets.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
