Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for coordination of Maintenance of Manufacturing with set of Press, CNC, VMC, HMC, Fabrication line, Forging hammers, up setter, heat treatment with Utilities from HO at Moshi Pune.

1.) Maintenance of Press Shop, CNC,VMC, HMC & Fabrication line, forging hammers, up setter, paint shop, heat treatment

2.) Exposure to Robotics.

3.) Utilities - Compressor, Chiller, Paint booth, Transformer & DG

4.) Preventive & Predictive Maintenance.

5.) Monitoring of OEE

6.) Monitoring of MTTR & MTBF

7.) Budgeting & monitoring of Costs for repairs & maintenance.

8.) Monitoring of AMC's

9.) Coordination with concern department for smooth functioning of department

10.) New / old machine installation & commissioning.

10) Experience of audits IATF & Compliances.

12) Experience of Minimum2 to5 years
