- Maintenance Executive

Reporting To:

Maintenance Manager / Plant Head

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, equipment, and utilities. Diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimum downtime of operations. Monitor performance of plant equipment and schedule regular inspections. Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and service logs. Ensure availability of spare parts, tools, and consumables. Coordinate with vendors/service providers for repair and AMC services. Adhere to safety protocols while carrying out maintenance work. Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment. Support energy conservation and cost reduction initiatives. Provide timely updates to management on breakdowns and maintenance status.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in plant/equipment maintenance (freshers may be considered for junior roles). Hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdowns. Basic knowledge of MS Office and maintenance software (if applicable).
