We are looking for a proactive and skilled Maintenance Executive to oversee the upkeep and repair of electronic equipment in our cafes. This role is pivotal in ensuring our equipment operates efficiently, providing a seamless experience for both customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on key cafe equipment (coffee machines, refrigerators, AC units, etc.)
Conduct preventive maintenance checks to minimize downtime and equipment failures.
Coordinate with external service providers when necessary for complex repairs.
Maintain records of all service activities and repairs conducted.
Ensure safety and compliance standards are met for all equipment.
Support the opening and closing of new cafes with setup and maintenance planning.
Requirements:
Proven experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a cafe or hospitality setting.
Strong technical skills in repairing and maintaining electrical appliances and machines.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
