Job Description

Maintain daily maintenance logs, downtime reports, and performance metrics.

Report issues and suggest improvements to plant management.Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules.

Inspect machines regularly to identify potential issues before breakdowns.

Respond quickly to machinery breakdowns and diagnose faults.

Repair or coordinate with technicians to fix equipment on time.

Maintain records of machinery health, repairs, and service history.

Ensure availability of critical spares and tools.

Oversee maintenance of utilities like compressors, generators, boilers, HVAC systems, etc.

Work closely with production, safety, and quality teams to minimize disruption during maintenance.

Coordinate with external vendors or AMC providers for specialized equipment.

Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.

Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial machines.

Strong communication and team coordination skills.

Understanding of industrial safety standards and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?21,000.00 per month
