Job Description

Repairs & Maintenance:

Conduct repairs on building systems and equipment, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.

Inspections:

Perform routine checks on buildings, machinery, and safety systems to identify issues and prevent breakdowns.

Preventative Measures:

Implement strategies to keep facilities and equipment in optimal condition, ensuring business continuity.

Inventory Management:

Maintain records of work done and manage an inventory of repair supplies and parts.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct safety checks, and follow local and state building codes.

Installation & Setup:

Install new equipment and fixtures as needed.

Record Keeping:

Maintain logs and reports of maintenance activities and work completed.

Coordination:

Work with or coordinate external contractors and other maintenance staff for specialized tasks.
