Key Responsibilities

Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on CNC, VMC, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults promptly. Operational Support: Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless machine operations during night shifts. Handle machine breakdowns, calibrations, and adjustments to minimize downtime. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards. Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including logs, reports, and compliance documentation. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in machine performance and suggest enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience: Minimum of 7 years in machine maintenance, with at least 3 years in a night shift role. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
