Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
Electrical Work
Handle motors, panels, sensors, heaters, relays, contactors, and basic PLC troubleshooting
Carry out alignment, lubrication, belt replacement, bearing replacement, and calibration
Support installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment
Utilities & Plant Maintenance
Maintain utilities like air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, DG sets, lighting, and power distribution
Ensure proper functioning of safety devices and emergency systems
Safety & Compliance
Follow
safety procedures
, lockout-tagout practices, and PPE guidelines
Ensure machines comply with safety and statutory requirements
Report unsafe conditions and support audits (ISO / safety audits)
Documentation & Records
Maintain daily maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance checklists
Track spare parts usage and inform for replenishment
Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
Coordination
Coordinate with production, quality, and stores teams
Support shift operations and attend emergency breakdowns as required
