Job Description

Required Maintenance engineer for Paper & Flex Industries located at Fatehpur.

Responsibilities :

Ensure the reliable and uninterrupted operation of mechanical and electrical systems within the paper industries by executing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities. Perform preventive maintenance routines and conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve potential equipment failures before they occur. Take lead in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely and safe repairs. Maintain accurate maintenance records, update equipment history logs, and prepare reports on equipment performance and downtime analysis. Indent all type of spares to reduce breakdown time and co- ordinate with purchase department.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in maintenance and reliability roles, preferably in the pulp & paper industry. Strong knowledge of Paper & Flex processes and related machinery.
