: CNC/VMC Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out

preventive and breakdown maintenance

of

CNC, VMC, and SPM machines

(Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.). Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to

mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication systems

. Calibrate and align machines to maintain accuracy and performance standards. Monitor and service

ball screws, guideways, servo motors, spindles, gearboxes

, and coolant systems. Assist with

machine retrofitting, overhauling, and commissioning

of new CNC/VMC machines. Maintain logs, breakdown history, and schedule maintenance using

CMMS or Excel/SAP systems

. Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for complex repair and spare part procurement. Ensure machine availability, reduce downtime, and support

TPM/5S initiatives

. Follow all

safety standards and LOTO protocols

during maintenance activities.

Mechanical fault-finding, spindle repair, servo/alignment issues, backlash correction

SAP PM, Excel, CMMS

Methods:

TPM, RCA, 5S, Kaizen

Candidate Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory) 2-4 years of hands-on experience in CNC/VMC machine maintenance Ability to read machine manuals and mechanical schematics Experience in

automotive, aerospace, or precision machining

industries preferred Willing to work in

Sahibabad or Jewar industrial zones

, including rotational shifts if required
